Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling science and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Promote science and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical facilities, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and scientific evidence. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting product presentations, and negotiating sales agreements. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support and product information. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and utilize the insights to develop sales strategies and approaches. Customer Education: Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, dosages, indications, contraindications, and proper administration techniques through training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Territory Management: Effectively manage a designated sales territory, including planning and organizing daily sales activities, prioritizing customer visits, and optimizing travel schedules. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, track market share, and monitor competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to the sales management team. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales management team to develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Compliance: Adhere to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies, in all sales activities.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the science or pharmaceutical industry, is advantageous. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of science and pharmaceutical products, including their mechanisms of action, therapeutic indications, and clinical benefits. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex scientific information to healthcare professionals and build strong customer relationships. Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines. Market Awareness: Knowledge of the local healthcare market, including key stakeholders, customer segments, and market dynamics. Results Orientation: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and driving business growth. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and product portfolios, and quickly learn about new scientific advancements and pharmaceutical products. Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to support sales efforts. Portuguese and English Language Skills: Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
