Job Description: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations in a facility, such as a hotel, resort, or healthcare facility. You will be responsible for leading and directing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your role will involve assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and monitoring performance to maintain high cleanliness standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest needs and resolve any housekeeping-related issues. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in housekeeping or hospitality management is advantageous. Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with some experience in a supervisory or managerial role. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures, and safety standards. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations. Ability to handle and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of housekeeping software and systems is advantageous. Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications as required by the employer.
