Exceptional financial acumen and business management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Croatian is a plus.
