Job Requirement: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance or legal role, preferably within a corporate environment. Skills: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Croatian is an advantage.
