Job Description: As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Denmark, you will support senior quantity surveyors in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure efficient project execution and cost control.
Job Requirement: Education: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience or internship in quantity surveying or construction finance is advantageous but not always required. Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of Danish is an advantage but not mandatory. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying.
