This role ensures that all buildings and infrastructure are kept in optimal condition, managing maintenance teams and coordinating repairs and upgrades. The Facility Maintenance Director develops and implements maintenance strategies, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and manages budgets related to facility upkeep.
Job Requirement: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications related to facility management (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM)) are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and large-scale facility operations. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of facility management software and systems. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to manage budgets and financial planning related to maintenance. Proficiency in safety and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
