The Facility Maintenance Director develops and implements maintenance strategies, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and manages budgets related to facility upkeep.
Job Requirement: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications related to facility management (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM)) are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and large-scale facility operations. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of facility management software and systems. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to manage budgets and financial planning related to maintenance.
