Job Description:

The Business Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for evaluating, redesigning, and enhancing organizational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize performance. Based in Nice, this role focuses on identifying operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies, then developing data-driven solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

The position requires a deep understanding of existing workflows across multiple departments, achieved through interviews, workshops, and process observation. Once current processes are mapped, the analyst assesses their effectiveness, pinpointing areas where automation, standardization, or re-engineering could create measurable improvements.

Working closely with department leaders, the analyst ensures that recommendations are realistic, cost-effective, and capable of delivering both short-term wins and long-term benefits. They will develop implementation roadmaps, establish performance metrics, and create detailed documentation to guide process transitions.

The Business Process Improvement Analyst also plays a key role in change management, helping employees adapt to new methods by providing training materials, guidelines, and ongoing support.
