Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Broadcast Sound Technician to join our television and radio production team in Hamburg. The role involves managing all aspects of sound recording, mixing, and playback for live and pre-recorded broadcasts. You will ensure audio quality standards are met during production, handling everything from microphone placement to final output levels.
You will work closely with producers, directors, camera operators, and on-air talent to provide consistent and clear audio. Key duties include operating soundboards, mixing consoles, wireless mic systems, and intercom systems during broadcasts. You will also assist in setting up audio infrastructure in studios and remote locations, perform sound checks, and troubleshoot technical problems on the fly.
