We are hiring a Licensed Real Estate Associate to join our growing property sales and leasing team in Munich. This position involves managing property listings, conducting client consultations, and supporting end-to-end real estate transactions including residential and commercial properties.
You will be expected to guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process by providing expert market advice and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You’ll also assist in contract preparation, marketing coordination, and client negotiations.

Job Requirement:
Applicants must have a valid real estate license in Germany and a diploma or degree in real estate, economics, or business. At least 2–4 years of experience in property transactions, leasing, or brokerage is required.
Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and knowledge of property valuation techniques. Fluent German is essential, and working English proficiency is preferred.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous. The role also requires attention to legal detail, a professional appearance, and the flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
