Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Marketing
2–4 years experience in marketing analytics or data analysis
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing metrics
Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment design
Ability to translate data into business insights
Strong communication and data storytelling skills
Attention to detail and analytical rigor
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
