Job Requirement: Requirements: Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize, listen attentively, and respond effectively to patients' needs and concerns. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks. Knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures and experience in insurance verification is advantageous. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
