You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage hiring processes. Responsibilities include interview coordination, candidate evaluations, and improving recruitment practices. You’ll deliver a positive candidate experience and support employer branding. Ideal candidates are relationship-driven, process-oriented recruiters.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
3–5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment
Knowledge of talent markets and sourcing channels
Good stakeholder engagement and negotiation
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
