Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our automotive service team in Berlin, Germany. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional tire services to our customers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. You will be responsible for various tire-related tasks, including installation, repair, maintenance, and customer support. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities: Tire Installation: Perform tire mounting, balancing, and installation on various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. Tire Repair: Inspect tires for damage, punctures, and wear, and perform necessary repairs such as patching, plugging, and resealing. Tire Maintenance: Rotate tires, check and adjust tire pressure, and perform wheel alignments to ensure optimal tire performance and longevity. Wheel Alignment: Use alignment equipment and tools to accurately measure and adjust wheel angles for proper vehicle alignment. Tire Inspection: Conduct thorough visual inspections of tires to identify tread wear patterns, sidewall damage, and other potential issues. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their tire-related concerns, providing recommendations, and answering inquiries. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining tire inventory levels, tracking stock, and placing orders for new tires as needed. Equipment Maintenance: Keep tire service equipment clean, calibrated, and in proper working condition, reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling tires, operating machinery, and working in the automotive service area. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tire services performed, including inspections, repairs, and customer details.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar automotive service role. Solid knowledge of tire installation, repair, and maintenance techniques. Familiarity with tire balancing, rotation, and wheel alignment procedures. Proficiency in using tire service equipment, such as tire changers, wheel balancers, and alignment machines. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and address their tire needs. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy tires and equipment. Familiarity with automotive safety protocols and procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality workmanship. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
