Job Description:

The Automotive Bodywork Specialist role in Patras is central to maintaining and advancing the performance, safety, and functionality of vehicles within Greece’s automotive sector. This position focuses on the repair, inspection, assembly, diagnostics, or final finishing of various types of vehicles—from light passenger cars to heavy-duty commercial fleets. The job requires thorough technical knowledge and hands-on skills to diagnose mechanical issues, install new systems, operate diagnostic machinery, or perform quality checks. The Automotive Bodywork Specialist may work in garages, production plants, dealership service centers, or specialized repair shops, ensuring all processes follow manufacturer and national safety standards. Collaboration with engineers, technicians, and other shop personnel is critical to maintaining workflow and repair accuracy. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read technical blueprints, use electronic diagnostic tools, and perform component replacements efficiently. Strong focus on workplace safety, detail orientation, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks or physical labor in a dynamic setting is essential. Job Requirement:

• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and repair manuals

• Knowledge of safety procedures in workshops or garages

• Understanding of vehicle electronics and sensor systems

• Familiarity with automotive painting or finishing techniques

• Experience with both manual and automatic transmission systems

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry

• Vocational certification in automotive technology or a related field preferred
