Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management methodologies, and industry-specific software. Strong knowledge of market trends, economic indicators, and competitive strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Familiarity with change management principles, risk assessment, and compliance standards relevant to the sector. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel within Greece as necessary for client engagement and project execution.
