Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Air Cabin Crew team based in Budapest, Hungary. As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong passion for customer service within the transport and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities: Passenger Safety: Perform pre-flight safety checks, conduct safety demonstrations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the flight. Demonstrate the use of safety equipment and provide assistance in emergency situations. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming passengers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with their needs throughout the flight. Offer assistance with seating, meals, entertainment, and other onboard services. In-Flight Services: Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers according to airline policies and procedures. Ensure the availability and cleanliness of onboard supplies, including food, beverages, and amenities. Cabin Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin throughout the flight. Conduct regular cabin checks and assist with waste disposal and cabin restocking. Passenger Comfort: Create a comfortable and pleasant environment for passengers by adjusting cabin temperature, lighting, and airflow. Assist passengers with seating arrangements, comfort items, and special needs. Emergency Preparedness: Attend regular training sessions to enhance emergency preparedness skills. Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures, first aid, and safety protocols to handle any onboard emergencies effectively. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other cabin crew members and cockpit crew to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations. Communicate effectively to address passenger needs, resolve issues, and maintain a harmonious working environment. Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to airline policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Complete necessary documentation, including incident reports and passenger feedback, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or aviation-related fields are advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the aviation industry is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective passenger interaction. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Customer-oriented mindset with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid is desirable. Physical fitness and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role. Availability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English and Hungarian languages is required. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
