Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Airlines Manager to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. As an Airlines Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our airline, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning in all areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in aviation and airport management to contribute to the success of our airline. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Manage all aspects of airline operations, including flight scheduling, crew management, ground operations, and aircraft maintenance. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve airline objectives and improve operational efficiency. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demands to make informed decisions regarding route expansion, fleet management, and service enhancements. Financial Management: Monitor and control airline finances, including budgeting, revenue optimization, cost management, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement measures to improve profitability. Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Implement initiatives to enhance the passenger experience, handle customer feedback and complaints, and ensure effective communication with passengers. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to airline staff, including pilots, flight attendants, ground personnel, and administrative staff. Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and promote professional development. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and security measures. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airport authorities, government agencies, suppliers, and other industry partners. Collaborate with them to ensure seamless operations and resolve any operational challenges. Crisis Management: Develop and implement contingency plans and protocols to handle emergency situations, disruptions, and crises effectively. Coordinate with relevant departments and authorities to minimize impact on operations and ensure passenger safety.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are advantageous. Proven experience in airline or aviation management, with a comprehensive understanding of airline operations, regulations, and industry dynamics. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, passengers, and stakeholders at all levels. Sound knowledge of aviation safety, security, and emergency response protocols. Proficiency in using aviation software and systems for flight operations, crew management, and revenue management. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including irregular hours and travel requirements. Fluent English language skills. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
