Key Responsibilities: Manual Labor: Perform a variety of physical tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials. Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites. Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Transport materials to different areas of the construction site as required. Tool and Equipment Support: Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople by fetching and delivering tools, equipment, and supplies. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation activities, such as clearing debris, erecting temporary structures, and setting up scaffolding. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficient workflow. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly. Construction Support: Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various construction tasks. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: No formal education is required. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial. Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not essential. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
