As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Key Responsibilities: Machinery Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments, to ensure optimal performance and longevity of industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Inspect and troubleshoot machinery to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to determine the root cause of malfunctions and implement appropriate repairs. Repairs and Replacements: Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems of industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards during repairs. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they cause major problems. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs. Prepare reports on equipment status, repair activities, and recommendations for improvement. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Maintain knowledge of safety guidelines and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and other maintenance team members to address equipment-related concerns and prioritize repairs. Communicate effectively to provide updates on repair progress and ensure smooth operations. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant vocational training or certification is advantageous. Proven experience as an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, preferably in the industrial machinery and heavy equipment industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in industrial machinery. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision instruments for repairs and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in repairs and maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy machinery and equipment. Fluency in English and Hungarian languages is preferred.
