Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Valid nursing degree or certification from an accredited institution. Proven experience in healthcare and nursing, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care facility. Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care principles, and infection control practices. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with the healthcare team.
