Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic guidance to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in finance, banking, and insurance within the finance, banking, and insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Manage investment portfolios for clients, including asset allocation, risk management, and performance tracking. Develop investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on investment opportunities. Evaluate financial statements, economic data, and market trends to make informed investment decisions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide personalized investment advice. Communicate investment performance, provide regular updates, and address client inquiries. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess investment risks, including market risk, liquidity risk, and credit risk. Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor portfolio performance to ensure risk levels are within acceptable limits. Investment Research: Stay updated on market developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Conduct research on investment products, asset classes, and financial instruments to identify new investment opportunities and optimize portfolio performance. Financial Planning: Assist clients in developing comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning. Collaborate with other professionals, such as tax advisors and estate planners, to provide holistic financial solutions. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and industry standards. Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary measures to maintain compliance. Performance Reporting: Prepare performance reports and investment presentations for clients and stakeholders. Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and provide performance analysis and recommendations.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), are advantageous. Proven experience in portfolio management or investment management, preferably in a financial institution or wealth management firm. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and asset allocation strategies. Excellent financial analysis and quantitative skills. Sound understanding of risk management principles and portfolio optimization techniques. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management. Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Bloomberg or other investment analysis platforms. Ethical and professional conduct with a high level of integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Fluency in English and Hungarian languages is preferred.
