Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advertising Account Executive to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. As an Advertising Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing advertising strategies, and executing effective marketing campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in marketing, advertising, and public relations within the marketing, advertising, and PR industry. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, target audience, and advertising needs. Serve as the primary point of contact and provide exceptional customer service. Advertising Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop effective advertising strategies that align with their goals and target market. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for campaign success. Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive advertising campaigns, including creative concepts, messaging, media planning, and budget allocation. Coordinate campaign execution across various channels, such as print, digital, social media, and broadcast. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling advertising materials, including copywriting, artwork, and multimedia content. Provide clear creative briefs and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assets. Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate advertising campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and providing regular reports to clients. Identify areas for improvement and recommend optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Monitor campaign expenses, negotiate rates with media vendors, and track spending to stay within budgetary constraints. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform advertising strategies. Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, media buying, and production, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Collaborate with external vendors, such as media agencies and suppliers, to fulfill client requirements.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or similar role, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing firm. Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and PR principles and practices. Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Creative mindset with an understanding of design and branding principles. Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or social media advertising platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Fluency in English and Hungarian languages is preferred.
