Job Description: • Lead a team of instructional designers, content writers and graphic designers • Work with clients to conduct training needs analysis and customize content • Develop research informed and highly engaging educational material • Author scenarios and case studies • Author content for learning games and interactive case simulations • Design and play test boardgames, serious games, and group processes • Use virtual tools like Mural and GamifyEasy to design learning experiences • Prepare facilitator guides and lead facilitation labs with trainers and facilitators
Job Requirement: • Deep understanding of human psychology and behavioral skills• Ability to apply research-validated instructional and learning design principles to develop unique and innovative learning solutions• Background in designing gamified learning experiences, serious games, or simulations • Ability to write, edit, and proof-read quality written content• Excellent written and inter-personal communication skills• Experience in client-facing roles will be a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Any graduate - BA/MA in Psychology or Information Design or Game Design or Communication (preferred not required)
