Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverages team in Dublin, Ireland. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage food and beverage staff, ensuring they deliver excellent service. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly. Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop enticing and innovative food and beverage menus. Quality Control: Ensure the consistent quality of food and beverages, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Inventory Management: Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Financial Management: Monitor and control food and beverage costs, budgets, and expenses. Events and Catering: Coordinate and manage special events, banquets, and catering services. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with food and beverage suppliers and vendors.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: A degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in the food and beverages industry. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse cuisines and beverages to curate enticing menus. Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles to control costs and budgets. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and suppliers.
