Job Description: Summary: We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized Medical Virtual Assistant to join our Customer & Contact Service team in Dublin, Ireland. The Medical Virtual Assistant will provide essential administrative and support services to medical professionals and healthcare facilities, offering efficient and reliable virtual assistance. Responsibilities: Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage medical professionals' schedules, ensuring efficient appointment booking and follow-ups. Patient Communication: Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed. Electronic Health Records (EHR): Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring confidentiality and data security. Medical Transcription: Transcribe medical notes, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Billing and Insurance: Assist with medical billing, insurance claims, and payment processing, ensuring compliance with regulations. Prescription Management: Handle prescription requests, refills, and communication with pharmacies. Medical Reports: Prepare medical reports and summaries for healthcare providers. Telemedicine Support: Facilitate telemedicine appointments and provide technical assistance to patients and medical professionals. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, such as email management, file organization, and data entry. Patient Support: Provide empathetic and professional support to patients, addressing their needs and concerns with care.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Medical Background: A background in medical assisting, nursing, or a related field is preferred. Virtual Assistance Skills: Proficient in virtual assistance tools and software, including telemedicine platforms and electronic health record systems. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with medical professionals and patients effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and medical records efficiently. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate medical documentation and transcription. Medical Terminology: Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures to understand and transcribe medical reports accurately. Empathy and Sensitivity: Display empathy and sensitivity while interacting with patients and handling confidential medical information. Time Management: Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
