Key responsibilities include selecting appropriate packaging materials, inspecting products for damage or defects before packing, assembling boxes or containers, labeling packages accurately, and ensuring compliance with company packaging standards. The associate is also expected to maintain cleanliness in the packing area and follow all safety guidelines.
Candidates should have prior experience in a packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks are essential. Familiarity with basic inventory tracking systems and packaging equipment is beneficial.
The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 15 kg. Fluency in Italian is required; basic knowledge of English is an asset. Shift flexibility, punctuality, and a reliable work ethic are important for this role.
