The role involves organizing packaged products, inspecting items for quality and appearance, and following strict food safety protocols. The Packer will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the packing area, monitoring stock levels of packing materials, and reporting any inconsistencies or damages to supervisors.
Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential in this fast-paced environment. The candidate should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
Previous experience in food packing or a similar production role is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a sanitary work environment is crucial.
