We are looking for a qualified Warehouse Reach Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations in Florence. The role involves the safe and efficient use of reach forklifts to handle goods within high-rack storage systems, ensuring timely movement, storage, and retrieval of products.
Key responsibilities include operating reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials across the warehouse, stocking items in vertical racks, and assisting with order preparation and inventory management. The driver will perform daily equipment checks, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate movement records as part of the warehouse’s workflow.
Candidates must have a valid forklift/reach truck operator license recognized in Italy and practical experience in using reach forklifts in a warehouse setting. Strong spatial awareness, good coordination, and attention to detail are essential for working in narrow aisles and at height.
Fluency in Italian is required to understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
This position may require shift work, including evenings or weekends, and demands a high level of reliability and physical endurance. Comprehensive training on site-specific procedures and equipment will be provided to ensure safe and effective operations.

Applicants for the Warehouse Reach Forklift Driver position must possess a valid forklift or reach truck operator license recognized in Italy. At least 1–2 years of experience operating reach forklifts in a warehouse environment is strongly preferred, particularly with high-rack storage systems and narrow aisle operations.
Candidates must be physically fit and capable of performing tasks that involve extended periods of standing, lifting up to 25 kg, and operating equipment at height. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness are essential to ensure precision and safety while maneuvering in confined warehouse spaces.
A solid understanding of workplace safety protocols and warehouse procedures is required. Candidates should be comfortable performing daily safety inspections and reporting mechanical issues promptly.
Fluency in Italian is mandatory for reading instructions, completing documentation, and effective communication with supervisors and coworkers. Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) are considered an asset.
