Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative in Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role falls within the Customer & Contact Service industry and involves providing exceptional service and support to customers. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner. Identify and assess customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and recommendations. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues or escalations. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Demonstrate empathy and understanding while addressing customer concerns or complaints. Identify opportunities for customer satisfaction improvements and provide feedback to management.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
