Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a creative and proactive Advertising Account Executive to join our marketing, advertising, and public relations team in Malacca, Malaysia. The Advertising Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating advertising campaigns, and ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for advertising and marketing services. Campaign Coordination: Coordinate advertising campaigns from concept to execution, collaborating with creative teams, designers, and copywriters. Strategic Planning: Develop advertising and marketing strategies based on client objectives and market trends. Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, expenses, and cost estimates to ensure cost-effective campaign execution. Creative Briefing: Provide clear and concise creative briefs to design and creative teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Media Planning: Collaborate with media planners to select appropriate advertising channels and platforms for campaign distribution. Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Reporting: Prepare regular campaign reports for clients, showcasing campaign performance and results. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and potential prospects. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends and developments.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in advertising account management or a related role in the marketing and advertising industry is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally. Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative advertising strategies. Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Client Focus: A customer-centric approach with a dedication to meeting client expectations and delivering successful campaigns.
