Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a plus. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically.
