Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Actuarial Consultant to join our dynamic team in The Hague, Netherlands. The successful candidate will provide expert actuarial advice and support to our clients, helping them manage financial risks, develop pricing strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of actuarial principles, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. Professional actuarial qualification (e.g., Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, Society of Actuaries, or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial consulting or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in actuarial software and tools (e.g., Prophet, MoSes, R, Python). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in the Netherlands.
