Job Description: As an Air Traffic Control Specialist in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for managing and directing aircraft operations to ensure safe and efficient air traffic flow. Job Requirement: Education: Completed a relevant air traffic control training program or certification. Experience: Previous experience in air traffic control is preferred but not always required; training may be provided. Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and concise instructions. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure. Proficiency in using air traffic control systems and radar equipment. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing aircraft movements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Language: Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with international pilots and aviation professionals.
