We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring high product quality within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key responsibilities include analyzing current production workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase productivity. The Manufacturing Engineer will also collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to support new product introductions, resolve technical issues, and enhance overall process reliability.
Additional duties include developing work instructions, maintaining equipment documentation, conducting root cause analysis for production defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in using CAD software and production-related systems (e.g., ERP or MES).
Fluency in English is required; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support our industrial operations in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role, preferably in a high-tech or precision manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and process optimization. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and experience with ERP or MES systems is essential.
Process Improvement: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) is a plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, and operations.
Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable.
Legal Status: Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands (EU citizenship or valid Dutch work permit).
Soft Skills: Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
