Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Modeling & Rendering professional to join our team in Seeb, Oman. As a 3D Modeling & Rendering specialist, you will be responsible for creating highly realistic and visually appealing 3D models and renderings of architectural and engineering designs. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to bring their concepts to life through detailed and accurate 3D representations. Responsibilities: Create detailed 3D models of architectural and engineering designs using specialized software. Apply textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the realism of the models. Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations for presentations and marketing materials. Review and refine 3D models based on feedback and project requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling and rendering techniques. Maintain a library of 3D assets and resources for future projects. Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering, preferably in the architecture and engineering industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Strong knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona Renderer. Understanding of architectural and engineering concepts and terminology. Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and realistic 3D models. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and rendering projects.
