Job Description: We are currently hiring construction workers to join our team in Seeb, Oman. As a construction worker, you will be responsible for various manual labor tasks on construction sites, assisting in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and structures. Responsibilities: Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites. Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging trenches, mixing and pouring concrete, and carrying building materials. Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters, masons, and electricians, in their tasks. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the construction site. Adhere to project deadlines and instructions from supervisors. Report any issues, concerns, or incidents to the site supervisor. Follow construction plans and blueprints as directed. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures. Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed.
Job Requirement: Requirements: No formal education is required. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are preferred. Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in varying weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow workers. Prior experience in construction or related fields is an advantage. Valid work permit or residency status in Oman (if applicable).
