Job Description: The Food and Beverage Manager position in Warsaw, Poland, falls within the Food & Beverages industry. As a Food and Beverage Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the food and beverage operations of a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, including dining areas, kitchen, and bar. Menu Planning: Develop and design menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers and kitchen personnel. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and concerns. Quality Control: Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards and ensure consistency. Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure food handling protocols are followed. Budget Management: Manage food and beverage budgets and control costs. Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings. Event Planning: Coordinate and manage special events and banquets.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar management role is preferred. Strong leadership and management skills. Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Organizational and multitasking skills for managing restaurant operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in Polish (knowledge of English may be beneficial). Creativity and innovation in menu planning and presentation.
