Job Description: The General Counsel position in Warsaw, Poland, falls within the Legal & Compliance industry. As a General Counsel, your primary responsibility will be to provide legal counsel and strategic advice to the organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Legal Advice: Offer legal advice and guidance to the company's leadership and management team. Contracts and Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements. Risk Management: Identify legal risks and provide risk mitigation strategies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Litigation Management: Manage legal disputes and represent the organization in legal proceedings. Corporate Governance: Oversee legal matters related to corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Intellectual Property: Protect the organization's intellectual property rights and assets. Employment Law: Provide advice on employment law matters and labor relations. Legal Research: Conduct legal research on various matters to inform decision-making. Legal Policy Development: Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent legal qualification. Previous experience as a General Counsel or in a senior legal role is required. Expert knowledge of Polish laws and legal system. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple legal matters and priorities. Fluency in Polish (knowledge of English may be beneficial). Understanding of corporate governance and compliance principles.
