As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers on our flights. Your exceptional hospitality, communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive travel experience for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: Passenger Safety: Conduct pre-flight safety checks, provide safety demonstrations, and ensure all passengers comply with safety regulations during the flight. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with inquiries, providing comfort items, and catering to their needs throughout the journey. Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergency situations, including evacuations, medical emergencies, and on-board incidents, with a calm and professional approach. In-Flight Services: Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers, ensuring a high standard of presentation and hospitality. Cabin Preparation: Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin before and after each flight, including restocking supplies and arranging seating. Passenger Relations: Interact with passengers courteously and professionally, resolving any issues or complaints to maintain a positive atmosphere on board. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other cabin crew members and flight crew to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and efficient flight. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and safety awareness.
Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certifications in aviation or hospitality are advantageous. Previous experience as Air Cabin Crew is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates with a passion for customer service and teamwork. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers and team members effectively. Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle emergency situations with confidence. Strong attention to detail, ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, in accordance with flight schedules. Proficiency in Portuguese is required, and knowledge of English or other languages is beneficial.
