Key Responsibilities: Construction Tasks: Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carrying materials, digging, lifting, and operating basic construction tools. Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and securing equipment. Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are properly stored and organized on-site. Demolition: Assist in demolition work, safely dismantling and removing structures or components as required. Construction Clean-up: Maintain cleanliness and organization on the construction site, disposing of waste and debris appropriately. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Construction Workers and tradespeople to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment, such as drills, saws, and hammers, under the supervision of skilled workers. Learning and Development: Be open to learning and acquiring new construction skills and techniques from experienced team members.
