Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Workers in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Construction Worker, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and contributing to the successful completion of construction tasks. Your willingness to learn, physical strength, and teamwork abilities will be essential in ensuring a safe and efficient construction process. Key Responsibilities: Construction Tasks: Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carrying materials, digging, lifting, and operating basic construction tools. Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and securing equipment. Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are properly stored and organized on-site. Demolition: Assist in demolition work, safely dismantling and removing structures or components as required. Construction Clean-up: Maintain cleanliness and organization on the construction site, disposing of waste and debris appropriately. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Construction Workers and tradespeople to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment, such as drills, saws, and hammers, under the supervision of skilled workers. Learning and Development: Be open to learning and acquiring new construction skills and techniques from experienced team members.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: No formal education or specific qualifications are required; we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in construction or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory. Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other workers and tradespeople. Adaptability to work in varying weather conditions and challenging environments. Fluency in Portuguese is required, and basic English language skills are beneficial.
