As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products and scientific solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions. Your strong sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities will be essential in driving revenue growth and establishing our presence in the pharmaceutical market. Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Promote our pharmaceutical products and scientific solutions to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest information about our products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers and market trends, using insights to drive sales strategies. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and applications of our pharmaceutical products and scientific solutions. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Sales or Business are advantageous. Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the Science & Pharmaceuticals industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Results-driven and proactive approach to sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives. Ability to work independently and manage sales territories effectively. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools. Fluency in Portuguese is required, and knowledge of English or other languages is beneficial.
