This leadership role ensures efficient, sustainable, and regulatory-compliant fish production and harvest operations, playing a critical part in supporting regional food security and economic growth in the Altai Krai region.
Key responsibilities include supervising fish cultivation cycles, managing feed schedules, monitoring water quality parameters, and ensuring biosecurity standards are upheld. The manager coordinates with biologists, technicians, and logistics personnel to optimize fish growth and reduce mortality.
