We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehousing and distribution operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods.
Key responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, implementing safety and quality standards, optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Manager will also coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse operations and staff performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory accuracy and implement stock control systems
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in warehouse management
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a mid- to large-scale facility.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment
Understanding of warehouse layout and space optimization techniques
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Language:
Proficiency in English is required
Arabic is an advantage
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with local labor laws and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia
Ability to work flexible hours, if necessary
