Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Compliance Officer to ensure that our organisation adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance laws and regulations, as well as the ability to implement and monitor effective compliance programmes.
Job Requirement: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCEP) is preferred. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, preferably within a corporate environment. Skills: In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications: Relevant certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs would be advantageous. Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
