Job Title: IT Network Administrator

Job Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in network administration, preferably within the electrical or electronics manufacturing industry.
Strong technical knowledge of network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN connections.
Familiarity with server administration (Windows/Linux), Active Directory, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Experience in implementing and managing IT security measures including antivirus systems, intrusion detection, and data backup solutions.
Ability to monitor network performance using tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to network issues or failures.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-site full-time in Jurong and support after-hours emergencies when necessary.
