Job Description: We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeling & Rendering professional to join our team in Yishun, Singapore. As a 3D Modeling & Rendering expert, you will be responsible for creating realistic and visually appealing 3D models and renderings for engineering and architectural projects. Your role will involve using specialized software and tools to design and showcase concepts, providing clients and stakeholders with accurate visual representations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and objectives. Create detailed 3D models of structures, buildings, or products using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Apply textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the realism of 3D models. Develop and refine 3D models based on feedback from clients and project teams. Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations of 3D models for presentations and marketing materials. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the 3D modeling and rendering process. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling and rendering techniques. Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients regarding 3D modeling and rendering. Maintain organized files and documentation of 3D models, renderings, and project details.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering, preferably in the engineering and architecture industry. Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, and texturing techniques. Excellent artistic and creative skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions. Portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and rendering projects.
