Job Requirement:
• Experience in underground or open-pit mining environments
• Strong observational and communication skills for reporting incidents
• Commitment to occupational health, environmental, and safety standards
• Basic understanding of geology, drilling, or blasting practices
• Capable of working independently or in rotating shift teams
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on mining or excavation experience
• Experience with hydraulic drilling equipment preferred
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation is an asset
