Job Description:

Channel Distribution Lead plays a key role in the Sales & Operations landscape of Singapore by overseeing, optimizing, and innovating critical functions tailored to the unique demands of their domain. Based in a strategic city location, this role ensures the seamless execution of business plans and customer-centric solutions by leveraging technology, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The Channel Distribution Lead will lead initiatives that impact daily operations, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable growth. Responsibilities may include managing a team, implementing tools or software solutions, working with stakeholders, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to strategic planning. This position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of modern sales and operational workflows. Job Requirement:

This role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, CRM platforms, or business intelligence software is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential. Attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively will be critical. Experience in managing stakeholders, coordinating with external partners, and working within budgetary constraints will be advantageous. The candidate should be comfortable adapting to dynamic work environments and possess strong problem-solving skills. Certifications related to the specific function, such as Six Sigma, PMP, or digital marketing qualifications, may be a plus. Multilingual capabilities and familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory and cultural business landscape will also be considered beneficial.
