The Client Retention and Support Strategist based in Yishun is a critical role within the Shipbuilding & Ship Machinery industry. Job Requirement:
• Competence in ISO and IMO compliance documentation
• Expertise in maritime logistics, inventory, or supply chain analysis
• Proven record in system integration for onboard mechanical equipment
• Strong hands-on expertise in marine-grade welding and metalwork
• Capability to write technical manuals and conduct operator training
• Experience in marine automation or remote monitoring tools
• Experience in planning and scheduling assembly operations
• Experience coordinating with classification societies (e.g., DNV, ABS)
• Knowledge of propulsion systems, rudder alignments, and shafting
• Demonstrated experience with CAD software for naval architecture
