Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and creative 3D Modeling & Rendering professional to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As a 3D Modeling & Rendering expert, you will be responsible for creating realistic and visually appealing 3D models and renderings for engineering and architectural projects. Your expertise in 3D software tools and design principles will contribute to the development of high-quality visual representations and aid in effective project communication. Key Responsibilities: 3D modeling: Create detailed and accurate 3D models of buildings, structures, and engineering components using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Texture and material mapping: Apply textures, materials, and surface finishes to 3D models to achieve realistic visual representations. Lighting and shading: Set up lighting and shading effects to enhance the realism and aesthetics of 3D renderings. Camera placement and composition: Determine the most effective camera angles and compositions to showcase the design intent and highlight key features of the project. Rendering and visualization: Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations of architectural and engineering designs, including exterior and interior views. Collaborate with design teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and ensure accurate representation of design concepts in 3D models and renderings. Iterative design improvements: Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to the 3D models and renderings to meet project specifications and design objectives. Quality control: Conduct thorough reviews and checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of the 3D models and renderings. Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously learn and explore new techniques, tools, and trends in 3D modeling and rendering, and apply them to enhance visual representations and improve workflows. Documentation and presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation showcasing the 3D models and renderings to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Graphics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles and terminology. Excellent artistic and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail, form, color, and composition. Ability to interpret and translate 2D drawings, blueprints, and design concepts into 3D models and renderings. Experience with material mapping, lighting, and shading techniques to create realistic visual effects. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and make creative decisions. Portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and rendering work demonstrating technical skills and artistic flair.
